{"id":518,"date":"2016-12-07T09:42:25","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T09:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/modellbau.infidelitas.eu\/?p=518"},"modified":"2016-12-07T09:47:18","modified_gmt":"2016-12-07T09:47:18","slug":"die-bruecken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/modellbau.infidelitas.eu\/?p=518","title":{"rendered":"Die Br\u00fccken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auf unserer Anlage soll es zwei Br\u00fccken geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eine kleine Stahlbr\u00fccke mit einer St\u00fctzmauer im verlauf der beidseitigen B\u00f6schung und eine gro\u00dfe Stahltr\u00e4gerbr\u00fccke auf Steinernen Wiederlagern. F\u00fcr diese Br\u00fccken habe ich begonnen die Wiederlager zu bauen. Sie sollen aus Gips hergestellt werden. Mit der kleineren der beiden habe ich begonnen. Um exakte Ma\u00dfe zu erhalten habe ich zun\u00e4chst Rohlinge aus karton hergestellt. Damit waren die Abmessungen festgelegt. Mit diesen korrigierten Rohliungen ging es zur\u00fcck an den Schreibtisch. Die Ma\u00dfe habe ich dann auf eine Testplatte aus Gips \u00fcbertragen und zurecht geschnitten. Nach einer weiteren Stellprobe habe ich mich dann an die Herstellung der eigentlichen Auflager und St\u00fctzw\u00e4nde gemacht. Unter dieser Br\u00fccke soll dann in weiterer Folge einmal eine Stra\u00dfe durch f\u00fchren. deshalb soll zu beiden Seiten die B\u00f6schung durch eine St\u00fctzmauer gehalten werden. Dabei ergab sich auch die Frage og die St\u00fctzmauer einfach duch abgeschr\u00e4gte Steine begrenz werden soll oder durch eine Betonierte Platte. Wenn alle s trocken ist kommt das bemahlen. style=\"clear: both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Zweite Br\u00fccke<\/p>\n<p>Sie soll den oberen Endbahnhof mit der Wendel verbinden. Mit hilfe einer Silikonform ging das recht flott von der Hand. Danach wurden die sechs einzelteile aus den Platten geschnitten die f\u00fcr eine S\u00e4ule ben\u00f6tigt werden. Aus Styrodur wurde danach der Kern geschnitten. Im Anschlu\u00df wurden die Gipselemente mit Uhu Gr\u00fcn (L\u00f6sungsmittelfrei) auf das Styrodur geklebt. Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten wurden die St\u00fc\u00dfe mit Gips verspachtelt.
