Die Abmessungen habe ich wieder von meinem bereits bekannten Plan abgenommen und auf den Karton gezeichnet. \u00dcber die genau h\u00f6he war ich mir nicht ganz schl\u00fcssig und habe sie dann mit 14mm angenommen. Diese H\u00f6he habe ich von einem meiner G\u00fcterwaggons abgenommen. Um nicht gleich einen Ansturm der Entr\u00fcstung los zu brechen, Ich habe das Gleis und die Bettung nicht mit gerechnet. Darum ist das Probemodell deutlich zu niedrig ausgefallen. Aber es geht hier nur darum ob alles passt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die eigentliche Rampe wird aus einem Gipsguss entstehen. Daf\u00fcr habe ich mir im Baumarkt Holzleisten besorgt. Eine alte Regalplatte wird daf\u00fcr adaptiert. Als erstes zeichne ich mit einem Edding die Abmessungen f\u00fcr die Rampe auf die Holzplatte. Danach schneide ich die Leisten der Reihe nach zu. Der ganze Block wird 35cm lang werden. Darum bekommen die L\u00e4ngsseiten drei Schrauben. Die Querh\u00f6lzer zwei. Der Gedanke war der das, wie beim einlassen eines Schwimmbeckens die Folie in die Form gebracht wird wenn das Wasser einl\u00e4uft. Ich habe mir ebenfalls aus dem Baumarkt Modell-Gips mitgenommen. Der kostet gleich viel wie der Elektriker-Gips, wird aber nicht so schnell fest. Diesen habe ich in die Form gegossen. Aus der Apotheke habe ich noch Mullbinden mitgenommen. Die dienen jetzt als Bew\u00e4hrung. Weil der Block mit 18mm doch recht dick wird, gie\u00dfe ich eine schicht Gips und lege die Mull-streifen ein. Dann wieder Gips und wieder Mull-streifen. Bis die Form voll ist. Weil der Gips recht fl\u00fcssig ist dauert es etwas l\u00e4nger bis ich den Block aus der Form heben kann. Blasen sind dank meiner R\u00fcttelmaschine keine entstanden aber die Kanten sind abgerundet. Die Folie hat sich nicht ganz wie Gew\u00fcnscht an der Form angelegt. Aber das ist nicht so schlimm. F\u00fcr den zweiten Block Wird die Folie um die H\u00f6lzer herum gewickelt. An der Unterseite wird die Folie \u00fcber die Schrauben gesteckt und danach die umwickelten H\u00f6lzer darauf gesteckt und fest geschraubt. Das Gie\u00dfen erfolgt wie beim ersten mal. Diesesmal ist das Ergebnis schon viel besser. Die Kanten sind nicht rund sondern wirklich Ecken.
